Out for a ride recently in our 2020 Polaris General. The radiator sprung a leak and I called into Epic Motorsports to see if it was covered under the extended warranty. Turns out it was covered by the warranty and I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with Ben, Dekklan and Wayne in Service. They took the unit one day and it was ready the very next day for drop off at my house. I had heard stories of dealerships not covering various issues that should be covered by the warranty but that just wasn't the case here. I highly recommend Epic Motorsports in Show Low AZ for all your motorsports repair needs!

Service manager Ron Nelson told me they were booked for he next month, but would try to get my motorcycle in as soon as there was a break.Dropped it off Tuesday and Wednesday tech Nick Adams had some time to get my rear tire on.This is my third time using Show Low Motorsport service and I am very happy with them.

I was pressed for time and needed new tires and a service for my RZR. I called Show Low Motorsports and got the order handled over the phone. The next day they came and picked up the RZR on their trailer, performed the service and they delivered my RZR back to me in a couple days. I would certainly use this service again.

Besides Polaris Rangers being hard to get Bryce was very helpful getting us into a side by side. The staff was also very nice and helpful. If we need anything else we will go back knowing they can help.

I have been looking for awhile for a previously owned ATV. I considered numerous options. Buy new- bare bones and upgrade as I could afford to. Buy previously owned with already upgraded options. I decided to stop by ShowLow Motorsports and see what they had to offer. Sales representative Amber greeted me and showed me the previously owned inventory. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions extremely well. Between Amber and Joseph they made a deal happen I couldn't resist! Show Low Motorsport is a great business. We decided to get maintenance done on a whim and they were able to squeeze us in before Christmas! Then we had truck issues and they were willing to let us keep our RZR there for a couple of days while we figured everything out. Nick (service manager), John (sales manager), and Amber (sales rep) are all amazing to work with!!

Rachel had my paperwork ready to go when I got there and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. John in parts was a wonderful help and helped me find what I needed. Nikki in finance was incredible and made things quick and clear. John, I believe he was the sales manager, helped me load my bike into our truck, which I've never done before so he was a massive help and ensured my bike got home safely. 1,500 miles from home we lost a chunk from our front tire, 1987 Goldwing with sidecar, we called them from 50 miles out, they said they would stay open for us as I didn't know how long it would take to get there. They had a front tire, got us in right away, installed it and I couldn't believe the price, lower than I am use to in my home town and set us up with a discount for a motel that night in town. The shop is visible through a glass wall so we could see them work on it, have to use two lifts with the sidecar attached, excellent job. Love these folks, they saved our 4,500 mile trip and we left through the Petrified Forest Natural Park as a bonus which was not on our original trip. Much thanks.
